“I seriously would not be in this position without Kenneth and Foundry Physiques. We both stuck it out through the ups and downs. From coming one point shy of a pro card in 2021, to coming 3rd in callouts at North American’s. Kenneth always saw something more in me and knew what I was capable of even when I didn’t always see it in myself. Together we built an unbreakable mindset during prep and that’s the reason we found victory. I’m looking forward to the IFBB pro circuit and I could not ask for a better coach in this sport!“

In 2020 Ryan was referred to me by another client. What I saw then was a kid who had a passion for training, with no idea what a diet would actually entail. I noticed crazy muscle bellies, large legs, a physique that flowed classically. But Ryan wanted to be MPD. He went on to place 3rd in his class for classic, and missed his pro card by 1 point in MPD.
After that, we decided to pull back for a whole year to train for the IFBB circuit. For 25 weeks Ryan dieted, did his cardio, trained 4 days a week (sometimes less), and followed my every direction. But most importantly he changed his mindset, I can still remember the difficulty of the conversation, and how he rose to the challenge. He has never been so confident, clear headed, and steady.
In May of 2023 he made both of our dreams come true when he earned his IFBB Pro Card. I am really proud of the work he’s put in and grateful for putting his trust in me, communicating, and listening to my guidance. I’ve watched Ryan bloom into a champion, with high character, undisputed work ethic, and he will no doubt make his mark as a pro!

April had been misdiagnosed as having IBS. This is quite common because IBS is a ‘catch-all’ diagnosis used 90% of the time when a more accurate cause isn’t obvious. In April’s case it was actually Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
SIBO is common in our world today because of three things:
How we handle SIBO typically is through a low FODMAP diet, which helps control inflammation and fermentation in the gut. Then we use antimicrobial supplements to get rid of biofilm and kill off the bad bacteria. During the “die off” stage, we often see symptoms get worse. This is shown in the photo on the left when the bloating was at an all-time high.
With April, we implemented fasting a couple of times per week to help give her body a break. Once the symptoms subsided, we could continue normal eating. However, the biggest issue here was STRESS.
Managing your stress is key to being able to heal the gut. Here are some other things we implemented.
Ryan was was someone that used to work out, but life got busy and he daily routine had become out of balance. While working long hours his eating habits had drifted towards eating fast food and not enough sustained exercise.
Ryan decided it was time to address that when his wife got pregnant and he suddenly realized that he had more reason than ever to have a long healthly life. After going it alone with a gym membership for a while and not seeing results, Ryan reached out to ask about getting some help.
We started by doing a GI map and recording his intake with a food log. We also worked on the following:
Lisa started with Foundry Sept 23, 2021. The word that best describes Lisa is resilient. The picture on the left shows Lisa post shoulder surgery with a case of methane SIBO, nagging injuries, and hormone dysregulation. She also went through a cabin renovation, a big move to a new home, planning her husband’s 50th birthday bash, her daughter being in the hospital, owning her own business, and traveling.
So, we started with blood work and got her HRT streamlines. Then we reduced training to 4 days per week, which also meant no CrossFit even though she owns a CrossFit gym. She did no cardio through the SIBO protocol.
Once we fixed her hormones and got through the gut protocol, we gradually increased food and began a growth phase in order to start prepping for her bodybuilding show.
Lisa brought home 1st Place in the Master Over 35 Division and 3rd in Open Figure at her show. We will pull back on training and enter into a health phase prior to going back into another growth phase to prep for another show.
“I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the incredible journey I’ve had with Coach Kenneth over the past two years.
Kenneth’s impact on my life transcends the real of fitness abs training; it’s a profound connection built on trust and shared dreams.
Kenneth embodies the true essence of a holistic coach, someone who sees the big picture and understands that achieving our goals goes beyond just physical gains. With every blood test and hormonal panel, he ensures that I’m not just reaching my goals but doing so in a way that prioritizes my health and well-being. His meticulous attention to detail is a testament to his commitment to our long-term success.
Under Kenneth’s guidance, I’ve transformed into the best, most muscular version of myself. Through a structure, health-conscious approach, complete with regular monitoring and testing, I’ve gained over 10 pounds of lean muscle in these two years, all while maintaining a body fat percentage below 15%. Not only have I reached the pinnacle of bodybuilding by qualifying for nationals, but Kenneth’s unwavering belief in my potential has me aspiring for the professional stage.
Kenneth doesn’t just focus on the surface-level results; he delves deep into understanding each of us as individuals. He knows how we tick, what motivates us, and tailors our paths to success accordingly. He has a relentless belief in my potential; he sees the pro in me before I do. His unwavering support and encouragement have been my driving force, making the most challenging days in the gym seem conquerable.
Two years may seem like a short time, but under Kenneth’s guidance, it feels like a lifetime of growth, achievement, and friendship. He’s more than a coach; he’s family. Kenneth, your passion, expertise, and genuine care have sculpted not only my body but my character. You’ve helped me become the person I am today, and for that, I am forever grateful. Here’s to the continued journey and the victories yet to come, with you by my side. Thank you, Kenneth, for being more than just a coach – you’re a true inspiration and a part of my heart.”
