My name is Kenneth Almond and I started Foundry Physiques out of a need I saw in this industry. Over the years, I’ve had some amazing coaches myself, and a couple of not so great ones as well. At Foundry, we take a comprehensive approach combining functional fitness, custom tailored nutrition plans, and unparalleled support to help you forge a stronger healthier version of yourself.
With my experience and expertise in professional bodybuilding, I understand the drive and dedication it takes to succeed in achieving your fitness goals. While I have helped bodybuilders through their build up, clean, and prep phases go on to earn their Pro Card, I have also worked with a diverse group of clients who have different specialties in mind or are just looking to make an improvement to their overall health.
The approach of myself and my team is to start by understanding where you’re at now and we do that with a series of assessments and testing. This gives me the opportunity to create personalized nutrition plans, custom workouts, and to provide you with the mentorship you need through regular check-ins, keeping you on the right track towards sculpting your physique to its peak condition.

The purpose of a Discovery Call is for you to have a casual ‘Meet & Greet’ type conversation with one of our coaches.
This is your opportunity to ask us anything on your mind and for you and your coach to determine if you might be a good fit for working together.
This call is FREE and comes with no obligation so you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

As the name implies, this appointment is to dive deep into your coaching and training needs.
During your appointment, your coach and you will discuss a range of topics which might include: Current Training, Macros, Injuries, Blood Work, GI Issues, Work & Sleep Schedule, and more!
