My training typically falls into two categories. I work with competitors of all types to accomplish goals for body building and other competitive sports. I also work with people from all walks of life who are seeking health and lifestyle coaching. This functional health training encompasses nutrition coaching, diet, exercise, and establishing balanced daily routines. 

Competitor Coaching

As an online coach for competitive bodybuilders and other athletes, my primary goal is to help my clients unlock their ultimate potential in their respective sports. My methods are aimed at finding the perfect balance between workouts and nutrition. 

As part of my programs, I provide clients with customized workout plans based on each athlete’s goals and preferences. Through regular check-ins we then track progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep their bodies challenged and keep their progress on track.

I work with my competitors to tailor their personal nutrition plans which supply the fuel necessary to power through their workouts and support recovery and growth. 

In addition to regularly scheduled check-ins and progress tracking, I am always available to answer any questions or supply additional direction as needed. I take pride in being a supportive and encouraging presence throughout the journey to peak performance.

Functional Health

My mission is to help people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals through a comprehensive approach that combines functional fitness, personalized nutrition plans, and a supportive weekly check-in program. 

To design custom workouts and meal plans, I begin by understanding each individual’s unique needs and challenges. This involves analyzing blood work or GI mapping results, which provide valuable insights into their health status and identify any underlying issues that may need extra attention. 

Based on this information, I create personalized workouts that are tailored to individual fitness level and goals, while also taking into account any limitations or injuries they may have.

Similarly, I design nutrition plans that are optimized for their body type, metabolism, and preferences, ensuring that they get the nutrients they need to fuel their workouts and promote either weight loss or their desired fitness levels.

In addition to providing customized workouts and meal plans, I also offer a supportive weekly check-in program that helps people stay accountable and motivated throughout their fitness journey. During these check-ins, I provide guidance and feedback, answer any questions they may have, and offer encouragement to keep them on track. This helps people establish healthy habits and develop a positive mindset, which is crucial for achieving lasting results. Ultimately, my goal as a coach is to empower people to take charge of their health and transform their bodies and lives, by providing the tools, support, and guidance they need to succeed.

We do our best to Support our clients and schedule regular check-ins, but of course we want to be available when people need our help with something. 
Setting this appointment will typically get a faster reply from us to help you get the support you need, when you need it! 

Although this appointment type has the same scheduling tool, you can set this appointment for as little as an hour from now. We may skip the normal confirmation process and just reach out to you by phone or text. Be sure to mention what the issue is and anything else in the Additional Comments box.

Extra Check-In

Current members are welcome to schedule additional Check-Ins as needed. You can use this to set an appointment in advance when you think you will require some extra attention.  

This type of appointment is perfect for the days and weeks leading up to a competition or around the time of a planned transition. If you need some unexpected support, by all means request a ‘Support / Help’ appointment and we will get back to you asap!

Our current members can use this to schedule their Regular Check-Ins to review progress, challenges, bio-feedback, and more. 

If you’re not due for a Regular Check-In but would still like to talk to your coach, feel free to schedule an Extra Check-In instead.

Discovery Call

The purpose of a Discovery Call is for you to have a casual ‘Meet & Greet’ type conversation with one of our coaches. 

This is your opportunity to ask us anything on your mind and for you and your coach to determine if you might be a good fit for working together. 
This call is FREE and comes with no obligation so you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Consultation

As the name implies, this appointment is to dive deep into your coaching and training needs. 

During your appointment, your coach and you will discuss a range of topics which might include: Current Training, Macros, Injuries, Blood Work, GI Issues, Work & Sleep Schedule, and more!
