Most of us will think nothing of it when it comes to dropping a few thousand dollars on the tools of our trade. A carpenter buys expensive tools because they give better results. For a photographer, it’s their lenses. Many of us walk around with a phone in our pocket valued at well over a grand.

But ask someone to spend money on their own personal health and they act like you’re talking nonsense. Have you heard someone say “I don’t pay for a trainer, I just watch youtube videos instead”? I definitely have, and I feel bad for them. They’re not getting advice based on their specific body chemistry. Their results will never make them a serious competitor in any discipline. Youtube doesn’t talk to them once a week to ask how it’s going and then suggest changes to implement based on their feedback and results.

As a competitive coach and trainer, I believe in what I’m providing and the results my clients have achieved. I believe that it’s worth the investment to work with someone like myself, because I have had coaches who shaped me both physically and mentally. 

Whether you’re a competitive athlete or just looking to improve your functional fitness, working with someone like me will make a huge difference in the results you achieve and the timeline of getting there. 

Partnering with me isn’t something I want you to do lightly and not everyone is a client I’m willing to take on.  When you work with me, we are both making an investment in taking the steps necessary to reach your goals and unlock your full potential. 

Competition Clients

Off-Season – we use health phases and maintenance phases to optimize your physiology in order to keep you healthy and make your prep the best, which translates into bringing your best package to the stage.  

Customized Nutrition Plans – individualized meal plans paired with supplements to prevent or fix any deficiencies and aid in muscle building, body composition, and/or weight loss.

Data Assessment – we review your whole current health state using a variety of tools such as blood labs, GI Maps, and DUTCH tests to ensure your physiology is in the most optimal state for contest prep.

Training Protocols– we create training programs based on your preferences and needs to build muscle & improve body composition.

Lifestyle Clients

It’s not about tomorrow’s goals; it’s about a lifetime of health.

Gut Health – we will test, assess, and address any gut issues that may be affecting your ability to achieve your goals.

Stress – through lifestyle factors and biofeedback, we will teach you how stress, nutrition, sleep, and recovery impact your health and physique.

Customized Meal Plan or Macro Plan – learn how, what, and when to eat with your customized meal or macro plan built for you and your goals.

Training and Movement – we create training programs based on your preferences and needs.

Hormone Optimization – whether you are a man or woman, we review your hormone levels and work toward achieving optimal health.

Support / Help

We do our best to Support our clients and schedule regular check-ins, but of course we want to be available when people need our help with something. 
Setting this appointment will typically get a faster reply from us to help you get the support you need, when you need it! 

Although this appointment type has the same scheduling tool, you can set this appointment for as little as an hour from now. We may skip the normal confirmation process and just reach out to you by phone or text. Be sure to mention what the issue is and anything else in the Additional Comments box.

Extra Check-In

Current members are welcome to schedule additional Check-Ins as needed. You can use this to set an appointment in advance when you think you will require some extra attention.  

This type of appointment is perfect for the days and weeks leading up to a competition or around the time of a planned transition. If you need some unexpected support, by all means request a ‘Support / Help’ appointment and we will get back to you asap!

Discovery Call

The purpose of a Discovery Call is for you to have a casual ‘Meet & Greet’ type conversation with one of our coaches. 

This is your opportunity to ask us anything on your mind and for you and your coach to determine if you might be a good fit for working together. 
This call is FREE and comes with no obligation so you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Consultation

As the name implies, this appointment is to dive deep into your coaching and training needs. 

During your appointment, your coach and you will discuss a range of topics which might include: Current Training, Macros, Injuries, Blood Work, GI Issues, Work & Sleep Schedule, and more!
