The purpose of a Discovery Call is for you to have a casual ‘Meet & Greet’ type conversation with one of our coaches.
This is your opportunity to ask us anything on your mind and for you and your coach to determine if you might be a good fit for working together.

We do our best to Support our clients and schedule regular check-ins, but of course we want to be available when people need our help with something.
Setting this appointment will typically get a faster reply from us to help you get the support you need, when you need it!
Although this appointment type has the same scheduling tool, you can set this appointment for as little as an hour from now. We may skip the normal confirmation process and just reach out to you by phone or text. Be sure to mention what the issue is and anything else in the Additional Comments box.

Current members are welcome to schedule additional Check-Ins as needed. You can use this to set an appointment in advance when you think you will require some extra attention.

During your appointment, your coach and you will discuss a range of topics which might include: Current Training, Macros, Injuries, Blood Work, GI Issues, Work & Sleep Schedule, and more!
