Welcome to Foundry Training and Nutrition. The building blocks of Foundry were set almost a decade ago as I was training in a local gym. Other members began coming to me for help with their training and nutrition. Their progress toward their performance and health goals became evident, and word spread about what I do. I realized that there was a great need in the health and fitness industry for someone with my skills and abilities.

We take a comprehensive approach to your goals, combining physique development with functional health, custom tailored nutrition plans, and unparalleled support to help you forge a stronger healthier version of yourself.

I strive to be the change I want to see in this industry. I come from a background of different mentors and coaches who are on the forefront of functional health and physique development. Through these relationships, I have been able to hone my skills in functional health and physique development to work with my clients in a holistic way, to not only reach their goals, but also optimize their health.

Being in the health and fitness space for the majority of my life, I strive to help people live a better life each day.   I work with people to help them reach their goals while still enjoying their lives. I have been fortunate to mentor and learn from the highest skilled practitioners in the functional health and sports performance space, and use that learning to support and teach my clients how not to settle for where they are and keep evolving into the best version of themselves.

With our experience and expertise in functional health and physique development, we understand all the details that it takes to succeed in achieving your fitness goals. If you’re a bodybuilder looking to progress in the sport into the Pro League, or if you’re a person who has struggled with weight loss, hormonal issues, gut health problems, autoimmune conditions; we can guide you through the right protocols and lifestyle changes to improve most any condition western medicine can miss.

We do our best to Support our clients and schedule regular check-ins, but of course we want to be available when people need our help with something.

Extra Check-In

Current members are welcome to schedule additional Check-Ins as needed. You can use this to set an appointment in advance when you think you will require some extra attention.  

This type of appointment is perfect for the days and weeks leading up to a competition or around the time of a planned transition. If you need some unexpected support, by all means request a ‘Support / Help’ appointment and we will get back to you asap!

Consultation

As the name implies, this appointment is to dive deep into your coaching and training needs. 

During your appointment, your coach and you will discuss a range of topics which might include: Current Training, Macros, Injuries, Blood Work, GI Issues, Work & Sleep Schedule, and more!
